Thanks for posting Joseph we have corresponded a few times already in the last 24 hours. Before you know it you will be a pro just like Jared....the other commentor.

SEO is something that keeps coming back to me....I don't think I am using it to my advantage....I hope to learn more.

Did you get your Facebook all working on Hootsuite? Hootsuite is a great tool for scheduling posts.

Sorry Jared somehow I missed your post.....thanks so sharing your great ideas. Are you still using the PixelPipe? This sounds like a great application to have especially for posting to all these sites with a press of a button. What disadvantages have you found if any?

Hi Karriann, many thanks for this concise and useful post!

I'm no where near as adept as is Jared - the other commentor. In fact, fairly much a new-bie to Twitter and Facebook (even though both of my accounts are well over a year old) and all things social media.

SEO has been my game but its time for a bit of a change.

Just got hold of Hootsuite this morning but I'm having issues integrating FaceBook correctly. Not much good at anything technical orientated at all, really.

Anyhow, nice to read up on your post and many thanks for sharing!

Regards
Joseph
PS I'll RTweet your post too Karriann, just to show my appreciation that little bit more.

I liked a lot of tools you mentioned but I have actually abandoned all of them and replaced them all with PixelPipe Pro. I have integrated Facebook, Twitter, TwitPic, TwitVid, A Blog on Blogger, FourSquare, MySpace, Tumblr, LinkedIn, YouTube and Picasa all in one tool. Additionally PixelPipe has about another 20 other social media sites that I do not use that it will integrate.

There are apps for Android, iPhone, Blackberry and others as well as a fairly clean, simple and effective web interface.

The app on my Android phone is quick and clean and can be set to prompt me each time I take a picture or video to post it to any combination of my pipes in one shot, or I can set it NOT to prompt me and manually go into the app and chose the content I want to post when I want to post it.

It has a feature to update statues or another to create an actual post for any of the blog sites (Blogger or Tumblr in my case).

Definitely a tool worth looking at for ease of posting and social media use.
